A 3-month program that combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern mindset coaching and the power of feminine energy work to help you release exhaustion and chronic stress.
This isn’t about “doing more.” It’s about being more—more grounded, more balanced, and more radiant. You’ll learn how to stop overcommitting, release the pressure of people-pleasing, and set firm boundaries that protect your energy and wellbeing through breathwork, mindfulness, nutrition, releasing old patterns and beliefs and establishing new habits and routines.
Perfectionism and People-Pleasing: Uncover the deep-rooted beliefs that keep you stuck in patterns of overcommitment and perfectionism. You’ll learn how to gently shift your mindset to one of ease, grace, and self-compassion.
Feminine Energy Work to Do Less and Be More: Reconnect with your feminine power, allowing yourself to lean back, receive, and flow rather than constantly pushing and striving. You’ll learn how to harness your natural energy to feel more alive and balanced every day.

Our process starts with a consultation to assess your current health and mindset. From there, we work together to set clear, actionable goals. Through regular one-on-one sessions (either in person or online), I provide guidance, tools, and accountability to help you make sustainable changes in your life.
The number of sessions varies based on your individual goals and needs. The standard protocol for this program to achieve and also sustain the results is about 90 days (3 months). Some individuals may prefer ongoing support for more months.
